2025학년도 1학기 외국인 대학원생 입학홍보대사 선발
 
우리 대학원에 수학 중인 우수 외국인 유학생을 대학원 입학홍보대사로 선발하여, 본국의 출신교 및 후배를 대상으로 대학원 홍보활동를 강화하기 위해 2025학년도 1학기 외국인 대학원생 입학홍보대사를 선발·운영하오니, 대학원생의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
 
1. 지원자격: 지도교수의 추천을 받은 외국인 일반대학원 재학생 및 수료후등록생(최소 1학기 이상 이수)
 
2. 모집인원: 12명 내외
 
3. 활동기간: 2025. 4. 7.(월) ~ 2025. 7. 31.(목)
 
4. 활동내용
- 국가별 실정에 맞는 적극적 대학원 온라인 입시홍보 및 SNS 운영
- Zoom 활용 온라인 화상 입시설명회 개최
- 국제협력과 일반대학원 외국인 입학전형 1:1 입시상담 및 절차지원
- 대학의 연구실적 등 영문기사 및 유튜브 홍보
 
5. 혜택: 활동지원비(40만원) 지급 및 활동증명서 발급(중간 및 최종 활동보고서 제출), 우수활동자 포상금 지급, 입시설명회 개최시 인센티브 지급(개최자가 많을 시 활동보고서에 따라 선정)

Application for CNU Admission Ambassador Program
 
[Overview]
The CNU Admission Ambassador Program will be a great opportunity for current students to be involved in the promotion of CNU and to share their experiences with prospective students and the community. Current students will be able to pass on their knowledge, insights, and enthusiasm on what it is like to be a university student at CNU.
 
 
[Qualifications]
International graduate school student(including students who have completed coursework but are still registered)
* Completion of at least 1 semester of graduate school
 
 
[Responsibilities & Expectations]
• Promote a positive image of CNU and introduce scholarships to your home university, friends, or anybody who might be interested in studying in Korea
• Carry online ambassador activities on Youtube and popular SNS platforms in your country
• Hold an online entracnce information session using Zoom(or the sorts of tools)
• Follow-up with prospective students (Help them navigate the OIA admissions process successfully.)

 
[Eligibility]
• Currently enrolled international graduate students (including enrolled students who completed coursework)
• Candidates must be recommended by their academic advisor at CNU
• Able to participate in the program for at least one semester

 
[Benefits]
• Activity supporting fee 400,000won + certificate of participation (required to submit the interim &final report)
• Extra rewards for outstanding ambassadors
• Incentives for holding entrance information session(If most of ambassadors would hold sessions, sellected based on the final report)
 
 
[How to apply]
After log in the portal, please go the Graduate School website (graduate.jnu.ac.kr – 학생성장지원 – GradGrow(비교과)) and apply by 2 April. You need to attach the application form and click the green button(신청하기) at the bottom of the notice.
 
 
[Selection Schedule]
• Application period: Mar 28 ~ Apr 2, 2025
• Document Screening: Apr 3, 2025 (Thu)
• Interview: Apr 4, 2025 (Fri)
• Announcement: Apr 7, 2025 (Mon)
• Orientation: at 3pm Apr 8, 2025 (The schedule is subject to change.)
The results of the document screening and interview will be notified individually.
